These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Avorie. By placing an order you accept them.

This website is owned and operated by Alevenio, a Sole Proprietorship registered in Bangladesh under trade license TRAD/DSCC/002479/2026, trading as Avorie. Our registered address is S.H Plaza, 90/91 Nazimuddin Road, Chawkbazar, Ward 27, Dhaka, Bangladesh. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Alevenio.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
Product images are provided as a guide. Colour and texture can appear differently between screens, and slight variation between individual pieces is normal and is not a defect.
Available stock quantity is shown on each product page. Stock can change between the moment you add an item to your bag and the moment you pay; if an item sells out before your order is confirmed, we will contact you and refund you in full.
All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed. If a product is listed at a materially incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order where the product is unavailable, where payment cannot be verified, where the delivery address is outside our service area, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.
Online payments are processed by our payment gateway partner, SSLCOMMERZ, which accepts local and international cards, mobile financial services and internet banking. We do not receive or store your full card details. Where cash on delivery is available for your address, it is offered as an option at checkout.
Payments may be held or reviewed by the gateway where a transaction is flagged as suspicious. In such cases we may ask you for proof of identity or proof of card ownership before the order is dispatched.
We deliver inside Dhaka within 5 days and outside Dhaka within 10 days of order confirmation. Full details, including charges and failed deliveries, are set out in our Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unused items in original condition, and approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days. The full conditions are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend an account that is used for fraudulent or abusive activity.
All content on this website — including product photography, text, designs, graphics and the Avorie name and logo — belongs to Alevenio or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

We take care to describe our products accurately and to deliver them in good condition. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of Bangladesh.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
